Tiny Thinkers Academy, a licensed childcare center based in Pennsylvania, is alerting the public that our business has no connection or affiliation with the website MyTinyThinker.com or any company operating under the name "Tiny Thinker" or "My Tiny Thinker."

Over the past several weeks, we have received numerous phone calls, emails, and online reviews from individuals who believe they were charged by our business. These charges are not from Tiny Thinkers Academy.  The complaints appear to involve an unrelated online company using a similar name to ours.

We understand how upsetting this situation is for those affected, and we want to help direct people to the appropriate resources. If you believe you were charged by MyTinyThinker.com or an associated company:

1. Contact your bank or credit card company immediately to dispute the charge and prevent future billing.

2. Report the incident to the Federal Trade Commission at http://report fraud.ftc.gov.

3. You may also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and your state's Attourney General's Office.

Tiny Thinkers Academy provides in-person early childhood education and care services only at our Pennsylvania location.  We do not sell products online, nor do we charge subscriptions of any kind.

We are working with the appropriate authorities to report this impersonation and to protect our reputation as a trusted local childcare provider.  We appreciate your understanding and support while we address this issue.
