Miss Morgan

Hello! My name is Amy Hilbert. I graduated from Alvernia College (now Alvernia University) in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, as well as a certification in Middle Level Math and Language Arts. In 2011 I went back to school to earn my degree in Special Education.  After graduating high school and prior to earning my teaching degree I worked at Christ Church Children’s Center in the preschool room as well as the infant/toddler room. Later I worked at Kindercare where I mostly worked with the School Age program.  I am currently a teacher at Fleetwood Area Middle School, where I teach 5th through 8th grade Gifted, Creative Writing and Writing Skills. I live in Fleetwood with my husband and our two children. We enjoy playing games as a family, camping and being outside. In my spare time, which is limited with 2 small children, I enjoy reading and taking pictures. I am excited to work part time at Tiny Thinkers, and get to know all the families.

Hello, my name is Miss Heather, and I am so excited to be joining the team at Tiny Thinkers Academy as your Director!  I graduated from Cedar Crest College with a degree in psychology and began teaching immediately after.  I have been working with children for the past ten years and there isn't anything else I can imagine myself doing.  Every day working with children is a new adventure, for them and for me, and I can't wait to start this new adventure with all of you!

My name is Morgan Weidenmoyer and I am a resident in Blandon with my parents and brother.  I also have a dog named Macy.  I attended Fleetwood Area High School where I played soccer, basketball, and track.  I currently attend Lebanon Valley College studying Speech and Language Pathology.  I am involved in many clubs on campus.  In my free time I enjoy exercising and spending time with friends and family.

Miss Olivia

Hello! My name is Olivia Fenstermacher. I am currently going to Kutztown University where I am entering my Junior year as an Elementary Education (PreK-4) major. I also work at Kutztown University as a student assistant in the Provost’s Office. In my free time, though very limited, I love to read, participate in outdoor activities, watch movies, and hang out with my friends and family. I have been babysitting ever since I was 12 years old, and have experience at a center with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. I want to inspire children to explore their interests and see all the options and opportunities there are for them in the world, and I believe reading is a huge part of that exploration. I am very excited to meet and work with you and your children at Tiny Thinkers Academy!

Miss Becca

Hello, my name is Rebeca Podlensy, but you can call me Becca!  I live in Fleetwood with my family: my husband Mark, and three children-Jaret, Bailey, and Brennan.  I enjoy the outdoors, photographing sports, and the love of baseball.  My favorite season is fall.  I love watching my daughter cheer and taking trips to the cabin with my family.

Miss Megan

Hi, I am Miss Megan!  I am so excited to be part of the Tiny Thinkers Academy !  I promise to make this year fun and educational for your child!  Since I am going to be a part of your child's daily routine, I would like to tell you a few things about myself!  I was born and raised in Wyomissing, Pa.  I am currently a junior at Kutztown University, where I am majoring in special and elementary education!  I love working with children, and I can't wait to have a great year with your little ones!

Miss Karlie

I'm Karlie!  I'm from Central Jersey.  I attend KU majoring in Sports Management, hoping to get my Master's Degree in Education and become an Athletic Director some day.  I'm on the KU Cheerleading team.  I grew up with all younger cousins and coaching youth cheerleading, which made me develop my passion to work with children!

Miss Kim

Salutations! I am so looking forward to working with the families and children at Tiny Thinkers Academy! My name is Kim Tucci and I have sixteen years experience caring for children. My experience stems from my own children, providing care within my home, teaching as an aide within the Fleetwood Area School District and teaching preschool children (primarily toddlers) at a childcare center. I graduated from Kutztown University with a BA in Professional Writing and a minor in English. I worked for the KidsPeace Creative Services department for a time before starting a family. My husband and I live in Blandon with our three children. Between the three of them, they keep us very busy! We enjoy being outdoors with our dog, playing games together and spending time with our family and friends. I love reading to children and bringing that experience to them so they are introduced to stories and imagination. Children are so important and I plan to provide the best care I can to each child. I strive to have that one on one time with each of them to make their experience as close to home as possible. I am thrilled at the opportunity to work with you and your children!

Miss Nicole

I am a junior at Kutztown University, originally from Elizabethtown, PA, studying Social Work.  My dream job is to work with kids in the foster care system.  In my spare time you can see me with my boyfriend, Jerred, or hanging out with my friends.  I love the Dallas Cowboys and never miss a game!
